David Topalian
David is a principal of Pike Construction Co., LLC with 31 years of experience in all facets of construction.
David earned a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University. David started with Pike in 1985 as an estimator and assistant project manager and worked his way to become a senior project manager. An example of the many diverse projects Dave has managed are The Warehouse & Distribution Facility for Atlas Yarn, Knoll View Congregate Care, retail shopping centers, corporate office renovations, school additions, more than a dozen projects for the U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development and several mixed use residential development projects.
David is an active supporter of the New Jersey State Policemen’s Benevolent Association. David also supports several animal rescue groups in northern New Jersey.
