David Weiner
Is a managing member and principal of Pike Construction Co., LLC and has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of the general contracting and real estate development business.
Upon graduating from Hamilton College with a B.A. in Economics, David began his career at Pike in the field as an assistant superintendent, then project superintendent. After spending several years gaining valuable field experience, David moved from the field to Pike’s main office where he has filled the roles of estimator, assistant project manager, and project manager. David was also active in the company’s real estate development activities, including land acquisition, entitlements, design development, marketing and leasing, and securing of construction and permanent financing.
David’s considerable ground up experience affords him the ability to take a hands-on approach in managing all aspects of Pike’s construction and development activities. During his tenure at Pike, Mr. Weiner has been instrumental in successfully completing a wide variety of projects consisting of multi-family residential, senior communities, institutional facilities, hotels, commercial, and adaptive re-use projects.
David is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey, and has served on the board of Temple Beth Tikvah in Wayne, NJ, and Voices Against Brain Cancer. Other philanthropic endeavors include The Jewish Federation, The Multiple Myeloma Foundation, and Susan G Komen.
