Samuel Abrams

In 2011, Samuel joined the Pike Companies with the objective to accumulate the skills and experience necessary to assist the principals of the company in pursuing their goals for real estate development and general construction. His current focus is within the development group and maintains the title of Development Manager. He is active in the areas of site identification, analysis, lease negotiation and entitlement.

Since joining Pike, Samuel has gained valuable experience in several areas of real estate including development, construction, brokerage, and property management.

Samuel holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the William Paterson University of New Jersey and is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson.
